Zoopet started 2002 by Kjell Fohrman and Christian Alfredsson. We wanted at first make a swedish page about all pets. Our main intressed is aquarium fishes, so we focused on them.
Purpose
Our main purpose is to inform about aquariumfishes so you get the most of your aquarium. We care about that fishes get the best possible enviroment in aquariums.
Membership
We didn't like sharing your personal data with others. Therefore we decided to have a membership system to finance the site. Beginners will have free access to all common fishes. If you want to support us be a member, and get access to more uncommon fishes.

Zoopet has been the biggest aquarium information site in Sweden for the last 20 years. Now it is time for species description in english.
